Every wax we sell includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the manufacturer -- we are the exclusive MENA distributor of All Seasons Wax Company (Australia). GCC customers outside the UAE can order online and either collect from our Dubai store or have us deliver to their UAE-based freight forwarder who handles onward shipping to their country. Within the UAE, we offer same-day delivery in Dubai and next-day delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and all emirates. Founded by Ahmed Al Hassoni, a Grasse-certified perfumer who has manufactured candles for Kayali, Chanel, Netflix, and Porsche, CandleStart provides the professional-grade materials that Gulf candle makers and brands demand. We stock soy wax, coconut wax, beeswax, paraffin, 200+ IFRA-compliant fragrance oils (including Arabian profiles: oud, bukhoor, saffron, amber, frankincense), cotton and wood wicks, glass jars and tins, silicone moulds, candle dyes, and professional equipment.

How do GCC customers outside the UAE get their orders?
Two options: (1) Collect from our physical store in Dubai (Yiwu Market, Jebel Ali). Many GCC customers buy in bulk when visiting the UAE. (2) Arrange your own freight forwarder or delivery partner with a UAE address. We deliver to their UAE location, and they handle onward shipping to your country. Services like Aramex Shop & Ship work across the GCC.
Do you deliver within the UAE?
Yes. Same-day delivery in Dubai (orders before 12 PM), next-day to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, and 1-2 days to all other emirates via our Quiqup courier network.
Why are certified waxes important for GCC candle businesses?
Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation proves the wax meets safety and quality standards, which is increasingly required for commercial candle production in the Gulf. We are the only supplier in the GCC providing certified wax -- all others sell uncertified commodity wax without COA documentation.
Do you offer white label manufacturing for GCC brands?
Yes. We manufacture custom candles from our Jebel Ali facility in Dubai. 200-piece MOQ per variant, 4-6 week lead time. Custom scent development by our in-house Grasse-certified perfumer, custom vessel sourcing, and full branding/packaging support. We deliver finished product within the UAE or to your freight forwarder.
What Arabian fragrance profiles do you stock?
We carry oud, bukhoor, saffron, amber, frankincense, rose, musk, sandalwood, and traditional Gulf-profile fragrance oils alongside our full library of 200+ IFRA-compliant scents. Our perfumer can also develop bespoke Arabian-profile fragrances for your brand.
