    1.1 Pricing & Payment

    All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT.

    We accept: Visa, Mastercard (via Stripe), Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).

    1.2 Orders

    • • All products and services are sold subject to availability
    • • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
    • • If there's a pricing error, we may cancel the order
    • • We accept no responsibility for incorrect email addresses

    1.3 Dispatch & Delivery

    We work hard to dispatch orders promptly. Stated delivery times are estimates only. We may take longer during peak times, holidays, and sales.

    1.4 Damaged Products

    If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos for a speedy resolution.

    1.5 Returns & Refunds

    Important: Some products (fragrance oils, chemicals) are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be returned.

    Refunds are provided only for cancelled orders, as required by UAE consumer protection laws, or at our discretion.

    1.6 Professional Use

    Our products are candle making supplies intended for craft and professional use. You must test and ensure suitability of all materials for your intended application.

    You agree not to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or pass-off any product or service we sell to you.

    You must follow all import, labelling, and safety laws in your jurisdiction.

    2.3 Limitation of Liability

    Subject to applicable consumer protection laws:

    • • Colors and textures shown on screen may not exactly match actual products
    • • Maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product

    3.1 Automated Scraping Prohibited

    Automated scraping, crawling, spidering, data mining, or any systematic extraction of content, pricing, or product data from candlestart.com is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Anar FZE.

    3.2 Consequences of Violation

    Violations may result in:

    • • Immediate and permanent IP ban
    • • Legal action under UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combating Cybercrimes
    • • Civil claims for damages including lost business and legal costs

    3.3 Acceptance & Reservation of Rights
