All our shipments originate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Tracking Your Package Once your order is placed, you can expect delivery within 24-72 business hours for standard shipping or 24 hours for the express option. Undelivered Package Resolution
If your package’s tracking status indicates “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do. First, reach out to your family members and neighbors, as sometimes packages end up with them. If you’re still unable to locate your package, don’t worry. Get

Operating across the GCC & Jordan through a third-party delivery service, we kindly request your understanding in case the delivery exceeds the designated time-frame, allowing for up to 15 business days.
